About Kelly McCarten:
With over 25 years’ experience, Kelly has worked both client and agency side delivering innovative thinking, profitable growth, and building brands. She worked for Coca-Cola for 10 years and then in 2007 started her own consulting company working with start-ups to multi-national companies, winning awards for the integrated campaigns she led for Heart and Stroke Foundation. In, 2013, she was then sought out to be CEO for LAUNCH! Brand Marketing. She turned an unprofitable agency around and sold it 2 years later to Acosta Mosaic Group, the largest Retail and Experiential agency in Canada. Kelly is currently, SVP of Mosaic Retail where she leads a team managing brand activation and omni-channel programs for CPG and Retailers across Canada. Kelly was named Progressive Grocery Top Women 2020 in the US.
Kelly is one of Canada’s top thought leaders in her field - Board member for MADD, past Board Director with University of Guelph Alumni and CAPMA, and ICA member, Professor at Humber College for 2 years for Marketing and PR, guest speaker at University of Toronto Rotman School of Business, University of Guelph, Carleton University, Humber College and George Brown College.
