After graduating from the U of G's Bachelor of Commerce program in Hotel and Food Administration, Sid Grover continued his education at U of G with an MBA in 2017. After graduation, he spent over 10 years with Canada's Wonderland in several leadership roles. Today, Sid is the Director of Operations at La Prep and Chaska, a new Indian street-food concept for the QSR market. In his role, Sid is responsible for developing brand initiatives that drive growth, while overseeing new locations in Canada.

Career Highlights

  • During his time with Canada's Wonderland, Sid was responsible for hiring and training more than a thousand seasonal associates every year, meeting top-line yearly budgets of $33-million
  • As the University of Toronto's Foodservice Director, Sid was responsible for more than $11-million food operation covering the campus retail brand and catering options
  • Became the Director of Operations with La Prep and Chaska in 2017
