 Gryphon NRG Pass

Sign up for the NRG Pass which includes access to the Fitness Centre and all Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Group Cycle, Boot Camp, and TRX Classes.

 Skill Development Classes

Develop or learn a new skill with one of the many Athletics Skill Development Classes including Aquatics, Martial Arts, Dance, Sports and Certifications.

 Intramurals

Try a new sport or stay involved in the ones you love by signing up for the wide range of indoor or outdoor intramural teams. 

 Leagues

Sign up for 3-pitch baseball or beach volleyball during the summer months.

 Clubs

Sign up for one of the Fitness Centre's many clubs: badminton, cheerleading, dance pack, karate, squash, running, and many more. 

 Aboretum

Go for a walk, run, or hike at the Aboretum located on campus.

One of Guelph's personal trainers will design a program to specifically meet your needs and assist you through your workouts. 

 Drop-in Recreation

The Athletic Centre offers a range of free recreational activities available for free.
