Gopi Paliyath:      00:03          The most exciting aspect of my work is that I've been able to produce solutions, provide solutions, to existing issues that affect the agricultural industry, that affect the society, and can be use all around the world. Especially now, it is important, in the sense that we are going to face a deficit in food production or food storage, because previously people haven't given much attention to food storage.

Gopi Paliyath:      00:42          So we have the technology to extend the shelf life and quality of fruits and vegetables, and now we have also, hopefully, if everything goes well and the company starts producing materials, we have a solution to target many diseases, especially chronic diseases, that can save billions of dollars for the healthcare, for the government. These are some of the advantages, and I'm excited about it because these are quite new. These are new technologies. It didn't exist before.
