Josh Moran:         00:03          We have a new podcast coming out called The Why & How, where through casual conversation with some of the University of Guelph's experts, we look to highlight and discuss trending topics relating to food, agriculture and the environment.

Jordan Terpstra:    00:13          Experts, eh? Like you and me?

Josh Moran:         00:15          I wouldn't call either of us experts. I'm talking scientific experts, like the Ontario agricultural college's graduate students, faculty, and researchers who work every day to answer the why and how.

Jordan Terpstra:    00:26          Ah, that makes more sense. I mean, I've been on campus for over six years as both a student and an employee and I'm constantly amazed at all the cool stuff our researchers are doing. This would be a great way to chat with researchers and find out how their research might affect you and I.

Josh Moran:         00:38          Exactly. As an agricultural science student myself, I've begun to learn the values of knowledge and the importance of sharing it in a way that everyone can understand. Plus I love facts. Arguably a little too much.
