GeneralOVC Convocation Series - Behind the Jersey: Jillian Stringer on Measuring Student Athlete Mental Health
After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Jillian Stringer found the perfect fit at the University of Guelph, completing both her Master of Public Health and PhD with OVC's Department of Population Medicine. Stringer focused her PhD research efforts on student athlete mental health, guided by her own experience as a lifelong competitive water polo player. Alongside her research, Stringer dedicated herself to youth mental health advocacy, playing a pivotal role in the University of Guelph President's Task Force on Student Mental Health.
