Here to kick off the Winter 2020 student run restaurants is a taste of French Canadian Cuisine. Start your meal off with a heartwarming bowl of classical Split-Pea soup followed by a twist on the nation’s favourite potato, cheese curd, and gravy dish: The Pulled Pork Poutine Pizza. Or enjoy the more traditional Coq au Vin, red wine stewed chicken served with mashed sweet potatoes and pearl onions. To complete your meal enjoy our take on breakfast for dessert and satiate your sweet tooth. Maple ice cream served on mini pancakes and garnished with a strip of brown sugar candied bacon.
