Steph Howells is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, where she also teaches and supervises students in the Criminal Justice and Public Policy (CJPP) BA and MA programs.

Broadly speaking, her research interests include school shootings, youth violence, qualitative methods, media analyses, and the sociology of education.
