Welcome to the Program Management Team Website

The Project Management Team (PMT) supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and projects approved by the University of Guelph’s Governance councils, including the Digital and Technology Advisory Council (DTAC), Capital Planning Committee (CPC) and Physical & Digital Infrastructure Committee (PDIC) and CTC. We provide oversights across all IT projects at the University. This enables greater visibility, more strategic decision making and reduced duplication of effort.  

This support includes:

  • Program and project selection
  • Assisting with resource management
  • Providing guidance for delivering sound IT programs
  • University-wide project management
  • Supporting project risk identification and management
  • Project change management through reporting and assessment.

About Us

Who We Are

The PMO team is a group of professionals certified in the areas of project management, change management, business analysis and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from standards organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Prosci.
