This course is designed to introduce students to the intriguing social world of the honey bee, the primary insect pollinator of agricultural crops worldwide. It provides students with the opportunity to investigate the biology, management systems (i.e. general and pollination) and ecosystem interactions of the domesticated insect. Offered through distance education only.
