Equine Coaching Certificate Program

OCAS Program Code K109 - Two Semesters

The Equine Coaching Certificate program will target individuals looking for a teaching postition in the equine industry. The curriculum is similar tot he Equine Management Certificate program with a coaching course added. The program requires an externship field placement through the summer months and completion of the program in the fall semester. Students must bring their own horse.

Prerequisites are Standard First Aid, Coaching Theory Level I, Western Rider Level III for Western Riders or English Rider Level II for English Riders. You must be 18 years of age to be enrol.
