VI--Schedule of Fees


Student Organization Fees

Applicable to students registered in 2.00 or more credits. These fees, determined by programs, are collected as a service to the student government to support student organizations. Of each fee, $11.59 is for the University of Guelph Central Student Association, $0.50 is for the Bullring, $3.14 is for the Canadian Federation of Students, $2.61 is for the Ontario Federation of Students, $4.39 is an entertainment media fee, $4.82 is for G-OPIRG, $5.24 is for Radio Gryphon, $2.13 is for the Ontarion, $0.65 is for Women's Resource Centre, $0.65 is for volunteer connections, $1.12 is for Peak Newspaper, $1.68 is for the Magic Bus, $0.51 is for W.U.S.C. and $24.00 is for the Student Bus Pass.

In addition, the Medical Insurance Premium of $49.00 and the Dental Plan Insurance Premium of $79.93 provide coverage for the duration of the semester, whether or not the student withdraws from the University. Married students wishing to have their spouse and children insured, may pay an additional premium of $76.18 within 30 days of their registration. Students who marry during the semester must apply within 30 days of their marriage. Cheques are payable to the Central Student Association, Level 2, University Centre (Room 274). Please refer to your C.S.A. or G.S.A handbook for more details with respect to your student Health Plan.
