Award Description

Gerhard Scherf Memorial Scholarship

An annual award has been established by Family and Consumer Studies Student Association Council in memory of the late Professor Scherf. Students are to be nominated by their peers.

Qualifications: Awarded to a student who has successfully completed 30 course credits (normally in the seventh semester) in the FACS B.A.Sc. or B.Comm. programs with a cumulative average of 70% or higher and who has made an outstanding contribution to FACS. To be eligible, a student must have served for at least one year as a member of FACS SAC and participated in other FACS activities.

Amount: $200.
