71-433 Laboratory Techniques in Nutrition F(1-3)

A course consisting of a series of experiments designed to enhance understanding of the role of nutrients in metabolism and their interrelationships. Students will study a variety of investigative procedures and techniques applicable to experimental nutrition. Limited to students in Nutritional Sciences Specialized Honours. Department of Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences.

Prerequisites: 71-333, 75-420.
