71-4911:2 Applied Human Nutrition Thesis II (3-0:3-0)

The student will conduct and write an undergraduate thesis under the direction of a faculty member. This is a double-weighted course. When you select it, you must list both 71-4911 and 71-4912 in the same semester. Department of Family Studies, Applied Human Nutrition.
