A series of observations, descriptions, and in-depth analyses of animal behaviour, homeostatic and compensatory behaviour, ontogeny of behaviour, exogenous and endogenous influences, social organization and behaviour. One course credit in physiology and 1 course credit in ecology are recommended as background for the course.
