Course Description

93-483 Small Animal Clinics

The principles and techniques of small animal veterinary medicine will be taught utilizing the problem-oriented approach. Student management of animals presented to the small animal clinic will include aspects of diagnosis and case management in small animal medicine, surgery, radiology, anaesthesiology, preventative and outpatient medicine, and intensive care and emergency medicine. Department of Clinical Studies.

Prerequisites: successful completion of all courses in semesters 1-6 of the DVM program and the externship.
