IV--Admission Information

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences--B.Sc.(Env.)

Ontario Academic Course Credit Requirements: 1 credit in OAC English 1; 1 credit in Calculus; 2 additional credits from the following group: Physics, Chemistry, Biology; 2 additional credits.

Recommendations and Notes:

1. It is recommended that students interested in the Geography, Natural Resources Management, or Environmental Economics and Policy Majors consider the OAC credit in Geography.
2. Applicants who lack OAC credit requirements in 1 of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics but who have a high overall academic standing are encouraged to apply for admission. Replacement credits are available at the University of Guelph, and 1 may be counted for credit in the student's degree. Those intending to enrol in these courses should consult the timetable and Section XII of the Calendar to determine the semester during which they are offered.
