Chemical Physics

Administered by the Office of the Dean, College of Physical and Engineering Science on behalf of the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry and the Department of Physics.

This program emphasizes the contiguous and overlapping areas of the disciplines of Chemistry and Physics, e.g. physical and analytical chemistry and atomic and molecular physics. It prepares students for post-graduate work or careers in the broad areas of physical chemistry, chemical physics, and analytical science. An average of 75% in the mathematics and science courses of semester 1 and 2 is required for admission. Students who wish to apply for entry in semester 3 must contact the Dean's Office, College of Physical and Engineering Science.
