Awarded in the Fall semester.

Qualifications: Student with a cumulative average of at least 80% entering the 5th or 6th semester of the B.A.Sc. program or the Housing and Real Estate Management or Marketing Management majors of the B.Comm. program

Amount: Scholarship of $500
