Course Description

49-347 Independent Reading/ Workplace Learning (3-0) [0.50]

A course of independent study, based on a comprehensive reading list provided by the department. Evaluation will be based on 2 written examinations. As an alternative, students may also apply for a workplace experience option. Students in this option would combine work experience, whether paid or volunteer, with written assignments relating to their work duties. In either of these independent study options, students will be assigned a faculty supervisor who will oversee the assessment of their progress.

Prerequisites: [7.50] credits.
