The Computing and Information Science program emphasizes the applications of computing in other academic disciplines and in business environments. "B" grades are required for but do not guarantee admission to semester 3 of CIS programs.
A minimum of [5.00] credits is required, including:
*[1.50] electives in semesters 1 and 2 from the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences must be from at least 2 different subject areas
+63-324 Operations Research (F) may be substituted
*At least [1.00] of these electives must be at the 300 level or above to meet the B.A. requirement of at least [7.00] credits at the 300 level or above. Note that not more than [6.00] credits may be at the 100 level.
