George D. Bedell Prize

HAFA Student's Council presents a plaque to a graduating student of the School in honour of George D. Bedell, the first director of the School of Hotel and Food Administration. Recipient selected in the Winter semester by the HAFA Awards Committee which will conduct an election with the graduating class. Application not necessary.

Qualifications: Student graduating from the School of Hotel and Food Administration who, in the minds of his or her fellow students, has demonstrated the outstanding leadership, versatility of interests and involvement in community affairs, both within and outside the School, that exemplifies the sense of professionalism to which the fourth year students have dedicated themselves.

Amount: One annual prize (plaque)
