Procedures for Ordering Transcripts

In Person:

Complete the "Request for Transcript" form and submit it to Academic Records, Undergraduate Program Services, University Centre Level 3, with the appropriate payment [cash or cheque (made payable to "University of Guelph") accepted].

By Mail:

Mail a letter of authorization that includes your full name, University of Guelph I.D. number (or S.I.N. number AND date of birth), the complete and current mailing address(es) you would like the transcript(s) mailed to, a complete and current mailing address for yourself to which a receipt may be sent, your signature, and the appropriate payment in the form of a cheque or money order (made payable to "University of Guelph") to:

Office of Registrarial Services
University of Guelph
Guelph ON N1G 2W1

By Facsimile:

Fax a letter of authorization that includes the your full name, University of Guelph I.D. number (or S.I.N. number AND date of birth), the complete and current mailing address(es) you would like the transcript(s) mailed to, a complete and current mailing address for yourself to which a receipt may be sent, your signature, and your VISA or Mastercard number and expiry date for payment to:

Please note that the authorization for processing official transcript requests must be signed by the student/alumnus.

Transcript cost is $8.00 per copy, please email for additional costs associated with facsimile and courier services.
