Co-operative Education & Career Services

Co-operative Education and Career Services facilitates student learning and career development, helps produce skilled graduates, and meets employer and labour needs. With over 1,600 co-op students, U of G enjoys one of the highest student enrollment in co-operative education among Ontario universities. By working in partnership with industry, co-operative education aims to enable students to "learn by doing", and to allow employers to select and train the workforce of tomorrow. Career Services aims to help students, graduates and alumni succeed in their transition to the world of work or further education. Career Services provides a variety of comprehensive career development and job search planning programs and events to ensure access to a wide variety of employment possibilities and help our clients learn to self manage their careers.
