XI. Special Study Opportunities

Co-operative Education

The Co-operative Education option is offered in over 32 majors. Co-op provides eligible students with the opportunity to alternate semesters of academic study with semesters of paid work experience. Job opportunities are across Ontario, and in some cases out-of-province or international. The work experience is related to the student's academic program and/or career objectives. Admission can occur directly into semester 1 from high school, or in-course (but not normally beyond Academic Semester 3). Co-operative Education is also available to international students.
