1. Am I eligible to submit my digital photo on-line?

New Fall 2020 students, please note: As a precaution against COVID-19, the office is closed and ID cards are not available for pickup at this time. You can still submit your photo for your ID card online; just read the ID Card guidelines and then go to the Submit Photo webpage. We will print your card and inform you of the next steps in mid to late August.

In order to submit a digital photo for your University of Guelph OR University of Guelph-Humber Student Photo ID Card using the on-line process you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are a new University of Guelph OR University of Guelph-Humber student.
  • You are in possession of your University of Guelph OR University of Guelph-Humber Central User ID and Password and
  • You have access to a digital camera or an appropriate digital photo of yourself.

If you meet these criteria please proceed to create a digital photo suitable for your University of Guelph OR University of Guelph-Humber Student Photo ID Card.
