Undergraduate Student Out-of-Province Financial Need Assessment Form (NAF): Summer 2022

This form is used by students applying for any financial need-based assistance from the University of Guelph who are receiving out-of-province student loan funding.

One NAF is submitted per study period (one fall/winter and one for summer) and may be used for multiple financial aid programs.
