Exam Schedule

Official exam schedules are available on the Scheduling website.

Exam Conflict

Students who encounter a conflict between a scheduled mid-term or final examination and a religious obligation must contact the instructor-in-charge to request that alternate arrangements be made. A listing of major religious holidays is available from the Human Rights and Equity Office.

Students who encounter examination conflicts for final examination that are not related to a religious obligation should submit a Request for Academic Consideration form and obtain approval for a deferred assessment from the Academic Review Subcommittee prior to the scheduled examination. Verifying documentation must be presented and the granting of consideration is at the discretion of the University.

The University's complete Examination Policy can be found in the Academic Calendars.

Out-of-Town Exams

Students living outside a 150 km radius of Guelph are permitted to write examinations at an institution within their own vicinity (High School, College or University).
