Please join us for the annual Gairdner lecture [1] at the University of Guelph. This year’s guest speaker is Dr. Rodolphe Barrangou [2], Associate Professor, Department of Food, Bioprocessing, and Nutrition Sciences, and Todd R. Klaenhammer Distinguished Scholar in Probiotics Research, North Carolina State University. Dr. Barrangou will present his talk CRISPR-Cas systems: from adaptive immunity to genome editing machines [3]. Admission to this event is free and open to the public.
