Thank you to those who have RSVP'd to attend this information session - we look forward to seeing you on June 1st! We are still accepting RSVPs. Please RSVP to Carolyn Dowling-Osborn, Office of Research Services, at cosborn@uoguelph.ca [2] and mention the particular program you are interested in (if applicable) and any questions you already have in your email.
The Mitacs Program Information Session aims to introduce faculty to the following key programs offered year-round:
- Accelerate – Build research partnerships with industry while funding your grad students and postdocs.
- Elevate – Establish long-term industry collaborations that support postdoctoral research management skills and career development. Access customized training and $110,000 in competitive funding for your talented research leaders.
- Globalink – Fund your students’ research abroad and work with talented international undergrads. Globalink offers two-way mobility for senior undergrads and grad students.
This information session is for faculty only and will include a presentation on all three programs followed by a Q&A period with Mitacs personnel.
Please note: Student information sessions will be planned for Fall 2017.
