EthOS New User Interface as of November 26, 2025
EthOS is the U of G/UofGH system for the online submission, review, and approval of Research Ethics Board (REB) applications when research involves human participants.
The EthOS software provider, Infonetica, is releasing an improved user interface (UI) to all customers on November 26, 2025. This change is purely navigational with a cleaner look and feel — no workflows or form completion steps are affected. Protocol submissions, reviews and approvals will continue as usual.
We are in the process of updating our own training materials on the EthOS Hub to reflect the new interface. However, anyone interested in a sneak peek can review the following short previews provided by Infonetica:
Once the new UI is live, we will send an updated Research Alert to confirm the change.
