The Department of Defense (DOD) managed by the office of Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) has announced new funding opportunities for the fiscal year 2024 (FY24) as follows:
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Research Program (ALSRP) [3]

- Breast Cancer Research Program (BCRP) [5]
- Epilepsy Research Program (ERP) [6]
- Hearing Restoration Research Program (HRRP) [7]
- Lung Cancer Research Program (LCRP) [8]
- Ovarian Cancer Research Program (OCRP) [9]
- Peer Reviewed Alzheimer's Research Program (PRARP) [10]
- Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program (PRMRP) [11]

Submission is a two-step process requiring both pre-application submission through the electronic Biomedical Research Application Portal (eBRAP) [14] prior to the pre-application deadline, then full application submission through Grants.gov [2].
