Emily Gordon

Emily is a two-time graduate from the University of Guelph, having completed her BSc in the School of Environmental Sciences and her MSc in the Department of Plant Agriculture. As the Mitacs-Business Development Specialist, Emily works closely with Industry Liaison staff in the Research Innovation Office to increase opportunities for collaborative research. Mitacs is a national, not-for-profit organization that delivers research and training programs across geared towards industrial and social innovation. Prior to returning to the University of Guelph, Emily worked at a recruitment firm that specialised in supporting agriculture and food businesses across Canada.
