As the Industry Liaison Manager for the Research Innovation Office, Gregor supports the initiation and development of strategic collaborative partnerships between researchers and industry. Gregor has an MSci in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde. He completed his PhD in Chemistry from McMaster University in 2010, specializing in polymer chemistry and nanotechnology. Prior to joining the University of Guelph, Gregor worked in a business development role with Mitacs and most recently, in the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, at Ryerson University. In addition to his experience in partnership development, Gregor brings to the Research Innovation Office an extensive knowledge of government funding programs supporting applied and collaborative research.
