Western University's Earth Day Planning Committee is now accepting registration for the 12th Annual Earth Day Colloquium on April 9th. Registration is completely FREE and all are welcome! Details on event registration is below, and information on the event schedule and this year's speakers is attached.

Physics and Astronomy Atrium 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
and Keynote in Nat Sci 145 from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Registration is now open for the Annual Earth Day Colloquium at Western - a completely FREE, student run event celebrating research related to Environment and Sustainability. All are welcome to attend! Graduate and undergraduate presentations from departments across campus and invited speaker presentations will be held in the Physics and Astronomy Building. Please find attached a complete schedule and presenter list.
This year’s keynote speaker is John Dunn, a wilderness explorer and photographer. His multimedia presentation will illustrate his completion of over 20 arctic expeditions.
Other speakers include:
Mary Muter, Chair of Sierra Club Canada’s Great Lakes Section
Sybil Taylor, who will discuss Steam Whistle Brewing's sustainability journey
Sujane Kandasamy, the co-founder of The Starfish Canada, a youth-based environmental advocacy group
We encourage you to register but all are welcome to attend. Registration includes a complimentary lunch and closes April 2nd.
