Downloading applications has never been easier!

Go To:

Postings & Applications - > Select "Applications" in the far right column - > Select "Download (TA or SL) Applications" (3rd line from the top) - > Select the Applications you woujld like to download. - > Confirm.

Applications (and Resumes, if attached) are downloaded in a zipped file.

 

 

When and how do I bulk edit my POSTINGS?

Bulk Status Changes for Postings.  This feature allows you to:
 
  1. Make Available-Public (or Available-NonPublic) the entire group of DRAFT Work Assignments
  2. Add/edit the Date Made Available to the current date
  3. Add/edit the Application Deadline.   As such, it is recommended that you keep your all your postings in Draft status until you are ready to make them Available.
  4. Archive your Expired Postings. ​

How do I bulk EMAIL my OFFERS of Appointment?

Emailing Offers of Appointment requires a status changes from Draft to Active.

It is recommended that you keep your Offers in Draft status until you are ready to make Active and Email. The Bulk feature allows you to:

  • change the Offer Status to Active, 
  • change the Offer Workflow Status to Offer Emailed and
  • add/edit the Date Emailed for the entire group of Offers you would like to extend.

How do I bulk ARCHIVE my OFFERS of Appointment?

Bulk Status Changes to Archive     

IMPORTANT:

  • Only Offer Status of ACTIVE should be Bulk edited to Archive-Accepted. These are the Offer records that are available to CUPE.
  • All other Offer Status (i.e., UofG Withdrawn, Can. Withdrawn) are Bulk edited to Archive-All Other. These are the Offer records that should NOT be available to CUPE.
