Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
1. Demonstrated experience in supporting a broad array of first year and non traditional student populations in the developmentof learning skills, self-efficacy and resilience 2. Experience in applying evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning, especially as they apply to first year and non traditional students 3. Demonstrated knowledge of current research in learning and development theories, meta cognitive strategies that promote self-efficacy and resilience 4. Proven history of applying course content to teaching and learning contexts at the college or university level.

Daily monitoring of discussion boards, responding to student emails, maintenance of graded assignments
