This course in Organization Behaviour examines and analyzes organizations as open systems and focuses on key variables including organizational culture, the external environment, organizational structure, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, change management and communication. The student will demonstrate increased competency by applying their knowledge and skills to contemporary business situations through case studies and other activities. - The course instructor is required to deliver course content to working professionals looking to earn their degree. As such, the instructor must have significant experience in the field, in addition to successful experience teaching adult learners in an online environment. Masters related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Experience teaching Organizational Behaviour or other related OB courses at College and University level.
Preferred Qualifications

PhD in progress related to field

Experience teaching adult students.
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Experience with organizational culture, external environment, organizational structure, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, change management and communication. Experience teaching online. Demonstrated teaching excellence (e.g. course evaluations, reference letters, student feedback, etc.)

Section 01: October 19 & 20, 2019: Intensive Weekend in-class session 2: Sat 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sun 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; October 21 - November 28, 2019: Online sessions (independent study and small group/large group; instructor facilitated); November 29,30 December 1, 2019: Intensive Weekend in-class session 3: Fri 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sat 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sun 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
