- This course builds on the knowledge of Canadian taxation that students acquired in Taxation I. In this course, students develop skills in tax planning involving individuals, corporations, trusts, estates and partnerships. This course also covers the planning of corporate reorganizations and the integration of tax concepts between corporations and their shareholders. Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
- Excellent working knowledge of the purpose and structure of the Canadian tax system, its administration and related international application; - Excellent working knowledge of tax planning involving individuals, corporations, trusts, estates and partnerships; - Excellent working knowledge of corporate reorganizations and the integration of tax concepts between corporations and their shareholders
