Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content:
The successful applicant should hold a Veterinary Degree (D.V.M.), reflecting a professional understanding of wildlife diversity, physiology, anatomy and disease, and have significant practical experience with wildlife rehabilitation and medicine. In addition, they should be familiar with the ethical, professional, and organizational aspects of wildlife rehabilitation, and have experience with mentoring, outreach and/or other educational elements of this profession.
