NUTR*1020 will be offered for the first time in the Winter 2020 semester. Through lectures, readings, group activities, and case studies students will explore the key knowledge and skills needed for a successful professional career in applied nutrition in Canada. Critical thinking, regulatory and ethical issues as applied in business, health care, public health and social services contexts are emphasized.
