Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
High scores on teaching evaluations in the subject area
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Demonstrated knowledge of how organizations attract, retain, and motivate employees through formal and informal reward mechanisms; including developing pay structures, job analysis, job evaluation, pay systems, pay system administration, equity issues, and benefits.
