Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
High scores on teaching evaluations in the subject area
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Demonstrated knowledge in conducting hand-on research in an organization on issues that relate to Human Resource Management as well as the understanding of organizational issues, the consulting process (e.g. engagement, communication, ethics), project planning, data collection methods in applied context (e.g. sampling, confidentiality, practical constraints), and report writing.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Many years of successful teaching related to contents of the course.
