Demonstrated knowledge of the primary aspects of the staffing process in modern organizations that meet scientific, professional and Canadian legal standards, including job analysis, competency models, legal issues, recruitment and selection tools, job performance management, employment testing, interviewing, and selection decision-making strategies.
