Other Duties Described: 
This course runs September 21-27, 2018. Respond to student's questions within 24 hours, provide feedback re: assignments in a timely manner, submit grades to Executive Programs within one week of the final class and attend Executive Programs Faculty Meetings.

Degree: 
PhD and expert in course content
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
PhD in Psychology with background in Industrial Organization Psychology application and research. Experience in assessment, feedback, evaluation and teaching of adult learners is required. Leadership Development experience as well as experience with methods used to develop bench strengths of organizations are also required.
Preferred Qualifications

PhD related to field

Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
7 day intense residential course. Should be available at various hours through the week/weekends. Marking and feedback to take place up to 1 week following course completion. Grades to be submitted to Executive Programs within 1 week of final class.
