Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Demonstrated competence with research techniques in the field of molecular biology and genetics. These techniques include experience working with microbial cultures, genomic and plasmid DNA isolation, cloning, restriction digestion analysis of DNA, electrophoresis, protein purification, SDS-PAGE and Western immunoblotting. In addition to the above requirements, the applicant must be skilled in PCR and have experience in qPCR. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Senior graduate student with previous TA experience; taken a number of senior undergraduate and preferably graduate courses in the field of molecular biology.
