- This two course sequence provides the biochemical foundation for the study of human nutrition, exercise and metabolism. Other Duties Described: 
- GTA will assist undergraduate students in the biochemistry laboratory. Other duties that may be assigned: invigilation of written and practical examination, marking of written examinations, preparation and/or marking of practical examinations, open undergraduate laboratory for extra help sessions, and pre-laboratory talks. - Please note, the lecture and lab components of this course will be held at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College (Toronto). - The GTA must be able to commute, as necessary, to the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto (e.g. for exam invigilation, conducting labs, meetings, assignment pick-up, etc.)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Background in general biochemistry and metabolism.
Preferred Qualifications: 
- Experience conducting and organizing labs. - Skills required to supervise students and troubleshoot their technical difficulties.
