Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
• As per the Collective Agreement, must be enrolled as a student in the Fall 2019 semester. • Must be available to support scheduled lab hours throughout the entire semester and must be available for weekly meetings with the instructor between 9am and 4pm. • Must have excellent writing skills and be able to effectively critique student assignments in writing. • The ability to communicate advanced software engineering concepts to students effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Normally, the completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. • Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering. • Demonstrated experience with large software projects, either in an industry or academic setting.
Preferred Qualifications: 
• Demonstrated knowledge of the following concepts: requirements gathering, use-case development and documentation, Object-oriented design and programming, databases, HCI / UI design. • Previous industrial experience building software in teams.
