Residential course offered as part of the MA Leadership program.This course is offered during an intensive residential week that takes place from August 4 - August 11 2019 This course reviews a variety of theories and models that help to explain the behavioural underpinnings that influence and shape management and leadership processes within organizations. Examples from history and current events are explored to illustrate theory.

Meet with the Faculty Member who is responsible for this course to ensure TA work agreement is completed, signed and a copy submitted to Executive Programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
PhD candidate at the University of Guelph with knowledge in assessment, leadership development and providing feedback. Teaching experience with the capacity to teach mature students is required.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
7 day intense residential course. Should be available at various hours throughout the week as mutually agreed upon. The majority of the duties and responsibilities occur during the 7 day residential period of the course and includes daytime and early evening hours (from August 4 - August 11 2019). Some preparation is required 1-2 weeks before the course begins, and some grading and additional duties are required after the course, with all work completed by 10 days after the completion of the course..

GTA $42.31/hr; $5,925.35/semester effective 2018/19
